Members: Two 35-year-old female office workers
Main Needs: Cooking daily; the homeowner values the sleeping
environment in the bedroom.
The total area: 1,245.6 sq. ft.

I analyzed the surrounding environment and assessed projected developments over the next five years. This assessment aims to prevent potential obstructions to the property from future constructions and to evaluate the long-term investment potential of purchasing real estate in this area.
ENVIRONMENTAL
ANALYSIS
Bright living room, dark bedroom
A projection screen will be used for watching movies, so I use the screen as a curtain to block the afternoon sun.
The entrance, with its low ceiling leading to the high ceiling of the living room, creates a
transition from a psychological feeling of compression to one of release. In that moment, the interior space feels very expansive.
Awakened by the

The design includes a bathtub
and sink outside the bathroom to enlarge the bedroom space.
